While diving deeper, I discovered that Pallyy also has extensive features.

Social media post builder
The post builder is one of the most important factors when buying a social media management tool.
What do you get with Pallyy’s social media post builder?
First, Pallyy lets you schedule social media posts on:
- Google Business
- TikTok
You can customize your post for each social media channel. This means different options for each social media network.
For example, Pallyy lets you add the first comment, location, bio link URL, and tag people for Instagram posts.
Pallyy also shows post previews on desktop and mobile devices.
You also have labels to group your posts.
If you work with team members, you can leave feedback in a post. This can be an explanation to a client or an instruction to a team member. Clients can also leave feedback about a post.
You have the AI captions, which help create social media captions. I’ll dwell on this later.
Pallyy also lets you save common captions and hashtags to your templates. So, you can use them for future posts.
Finally, you have the option to save your posts as drafts if you aren’t ready to publish them.
Unless you run a YouTube channel, you can execute all your social media publishing tasks in Pallyy.

Everyone struggles with writer’s block from time to time. Or lacks the time to brainstorm perfect social media posts.
AI captions ensure you can continue creating social media posts in spite of these.
You can access the AI caption from your post builder while scheduling a post.
You can also access AI captions separately to generate and save captions in Pallyy.
So, these saved captions can work for your future social media posts.
However, you’ll have to pay extra to create unlimited AI captions in Pallyy. At the time of writing this review, you have to pay $19 monthly for AI caption as an add-on.
Social media calendar
In the calendar, you get an overview of your scheduled social media posts.
You can view your calendar in the month, week, or list view.
You’ll also find the filter useful. Pallyy lets you filter your posts in 3 ways.
You can filter by post type, labels, or social media channels.
Then, there’s an option to share your calendar with clients. Before sharing it, you can set up permissions for what the client can do on your calendar.
Pallyy allows you to set up a custom domain to share your calendar or workflow pages.
Another useful feature for social media collaboration is the activity. You’ll see activities and comments on this calendar.
The best time to post recommends publishing time to get the best performance possible. However, this feature will only work once Pallyy detects trends from your published posts.
Pallyy also lets you import holidays for your country of interest. This can give you post ideas if you have a big audience in a particular country.
Once you import holidays, the holidays will appear on your calendar.
From your calendar, you can see your Instagram grid.
You also have the board, which can work as a project management tool for your social media posts. By default, the board has the Planning, Needs Approval, and Approved columns.
Overall, Pallyy delivers most of the features you’ll need in a social media content calendar.
Social media inbox
Pallyy lets you engage with your Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Google Business, and TikTok audience.
This means you can see and reply to comments, messages, and mentions right inside Pallyy.
You can also label conversations and assign them to team members.
Pallyy lets you show a detailed or compact view of your conversations. Likewise, you can filter messages according to social channel or conversation type.
Another interesting feature in Pallyy’s social inbox is the automations.
Although the automation is basic, it can save you time. For example, you can automatically assign messages in a social channel to a particular team member.
The social inbox feature lets you engage and build trust with your audience without jumping across social channels.
Teams
If you work with team members, you can use teams to organize your work.
Likewise, if you have clients, you can create a team for each client. Pallyy lets you add social sets and invite team members to each team.
Once you have a user in your team, they can schedule, view analytics, leave feedback, and perform other tasks.
Apart from organizing clients’ work, Teams are also useful if you manage various locations for a single business.
You can have each location as a team to organize your publishing schedule efficiently.
Link in bio
Instagram and TikTok allow just a single link on your profile.
Link in bio tools help you maximize this link.
Pallyy lets you create a link in bio page that serves as a landing page for your audience.
You can design your page and add links to pages you want your audience to visit. Using a link in bio is a smart way to optimize your Instagram profile (or TikTok) for better performance.
From this page, you can drive traffic to your important business pages.
Media library
The media library provides space for your images and videos.
So, if you have images for your social media posts, you can upload them to Pallyy from your computer.
You can also see scheduled and unscheduled images in your library. This way, you can track images that are not yet on your post queue.
The main benefit I see here is that the media library makes scheduling faster and easier. You don’t need to search your computer when scheduling posts.
Since the library files show up beside the calendar, it’s easy to pick any image or video you need and drag it to the calendar.
Also, if you work with a team, you can have these files in the library so that any team member can use them while scheduling posts.
However, if your files are on Canva, Dropbox, or Google Drive, you’ll have to download them to your computer before uploading them to Pallyy. This is because Pallyy doesn’t integrate with them.
Social media analytics
In Pallyy’s analytics section, you can track metrics for Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
For Instagram, you can track metrics like follower growth, profile impressions, top posts by engagement rates, stories impressions, and more.
For Facebook, you can see page views, engaged users, video views, and more.
In LinkedIn analytics, you can find metrics like followers by country, visitors by country, and post impressions.
You can also track metrics from competitor pages and see how you compare.
Finally, Pallyy lets you create customized reports. You can add all the metrics you want to track for your campaigns.
After creating your report, you can share the report page or export the report in PDF.
How to manage social media on Pallyy
Schedule a social media post in Pallyy
There are two ways to schedule a post on Pallyy. First, click on “New +” at the top of your calendar. Second, drag an image from the media library to a date in the calendar.
Once you do that, Pallyy will trigger the post builder. By default, all your social media accounts will be selected for the post.
You can uncheck any of the accounts.
After this, enter the caption for each social channel. If your image is the wrong size for a platform, Pallyy will alert you.
For example, you’ll get an alert if your Instagram image is not a square. Pallyy also lets you edit the image.
Although, I think the editor is basic. So, you should edit your image before uploading it.
Each social channel also has its unique settings. For Instagram, you can add the first comment, location, bio link URL, and tag people.
You can add emojis and hashtags to your captions. Once you’re done with your caption, you can copy it for other channels.
If you’re struggling for words, the AI captions can come to your rescue. More on that in the next section.
After creating and editing captions for social channels, you can see its preview. Click the smartphone icon in the bottom right corner of your post builder.
Click on the social channel name to see the preview for other channels. You can also see the smartphone preview by clicking on the smartphone icon.
If you want to organize your post with labels, you can add a label or pick one of the existing ones.
Pallyy lets you or your team members leave feedback about the post.
You can also tag a team member to notify them about the feedback. Pallyy will send an email to a team member if you tag them in a comment.
Once you complete your post, you can either schedule or save it as a draft.
Create AI post captions with Pallyy
You can access the AI captions from the scheduling section or in the post builder.
If you access AI captions from the scheduling section, you have to create a list. You can create many lists for different use cases.
Your captions will live on a list. This is useful if you want to create captions for future posts.
Here, I’ve created a list for LinkedIn.
Inside this list, click on “Create caption.”
Doing this will trigger the form to create captions.
On this form, you can enter your post description, length, tone and format, and the number of hashtags.
After doing this, click “Generate.”
Here’s a caption Pallyy generated for a post on LinkedIn about user-generated content (UGC) examples for businesses:

Pallyy has generated 2 captions for this description. So, I can pick one that suits me. I can also give this caption a name to remember its purpose.
Once you’re fine with the caption, add it to your list.
If you’re in the post builder, you just need to click on the caption icon.
Then, follow the same steps as before. After entering your criteria, click on “Generate” to get your caption.
After that, you can add the caption to your post. Of course, you can edit the caption to suit your brand.
Then, remember to remove the quotes from the caption. I don’t know why Pallyy adds that to the captions.
You also have the option of adding the caption to a list.
If you’re on the premium plan, you can create as many captions as you want. But you’re limited to only 5 captions on the free plan.
Create a bio link page in Pallyy
To create a link in bio page, click the link icon at the left sidebar. Then click “Link” among the selection that shoots out.
Once you do that, you’ll see your link in bio and 3 tabs to customize it.
Pallyy shows you a smartphone preview that changes as you adjust the settings.
First, in the appearance tab, you can select a page theme and background color.
Beyond that, you can select button style, font, and color.
In the buttons tab, you can add buttons and links to relevant URLs. Pallyy also allows you to embed a YouTube video or add an image to your button.
In the settings tab, you’ll see your bio link. You can also add your social icons, select layout, and refresh posts.
Pallyy provides analytics for your link in bio page. So, once people start visiting the page, you’ll see metrics like clicks, impressions, and link clicks.

One issue I have with Pallyy’s pricing is that the add-ons can jack up prices quickly for a large team.
Say you need to collaborate with 5 team members and 5 clients and run campaigns for 10 social sets. You’re easily looking at about $500 monthly.
So, if you manage a large team, you’ll find better options at better prices.
That said, Pallyy offers a 14-day trial to try its premium features. You can take it for a ride to see if it fits your needs.
