Pallyy Review
Summary
Pallyy has a good balance of extensive features and low pricing. However, it lacks advanced collaboration features.
Who is Pallyy for?
Pallyy is best for freelancers, creators, and solopreneurs. You have a social set of 9 social media channels.
Then, you can schedule posts, engage with your audience in social inbox, and even create a link in bio page.

While Pallyy has some collaboration features, it lacks advanced features that come with some tools.
But if you have a large team that focuses on scheduling, Pallyy’s new Unlimited plan may be your best bet.
This plan comes with unlimited users, posts, and social sets.

Pallyy key features
Social media post builder
First, Pallyy lets you schedule social media posts on:
- Instagram: Publish carousels, reels, and stories. Tag users, tag locations, and add up to 3 collaborators. Then, add a first comment and a bio link to your post.
- Facebook: Publish carousels, reels, and stories on Facebook pages. Tag users, tag locations, and add alt text to images.
- X (Twitter): Publish image, carousel, video, and text posts. Then, you can publish long-form posts, crop images to fit X’s specifications, and mention users.
- LinkedIn: Publish carousel, video, and text posts on LinkedIn profiles and pages. Then, add alt text to images and tag other pages.
- Google My Business: Publish images and videos for multiple locations. Also, add call to actions to posts.
- Pinterest: Publish images, carousels, and videos to selected boards. Then, add title, description, and alt text to posts.
- TikTok: Publish images, carousels, and videos to TikTok business accounts.
- Threads: Publish image, carousel, video, and text posts.
- YouTube: Publish carousel and YouTube Shorts.

Then, you can customize posts for each social media channel and see their previews.
However, if you work with other people, you can leave notes to communicate in the post builder.
Also, you can organize posts with labels and save captions and hashtags as templates.
AI captions
If you lack the time to create social media captions, AI captions can create some good drafts for you.
And you can access the AI captions generator in the post builder or at the left sidebar of your dashboard.

Even if you want to publish a post in 3 weeks, you can generate and save its caption.
Social media calendar
In the calendar, you get an overview of your posts through the monthly, weekly, and list views.
Then, Pallyy lets you filter posts by post type, labels, and social media channels.
However, if you work with clients, you can share your calendar and set up permissions for what they can do.

Another useful feature for social media collaboration is the activity, which shows activities and comments on the calendar.
To celebrate special days with your audience, Pallyy lets you import holidays of a specific country into your calendar.

As you publish more posts with Pallyy, it will use your post performance to recommend the best publishing time.
The calendar also lets you see and plan your Instagram grid.
Pallyy has the board, which has Planning, Needs Approval, and Approved columns. This is useful when working with clients.
Social media inbox
Pallyy lets you engage with Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Google Business, and TikTok audiences.
This means you can see and reply to comments, messages, and mentions.

Not only that, but you can also label and assign conversations to team members.
Pallyy lets you display a detailed or compact conversation view and filter messages by social channel or conversation type.
Another interesting feature is the social inbox automation, which can save time.
For example, you can automatically assign messages in a social channel to a particular team member.

The social inbox feature lets you engage and build trust with your audience without jumping across social channels.
Teams
Teams can help organize your work with team members.
This starts with creating a team and adding members and social sets.

Once you have a user in your team, they can schedule, view analytics, leave feedback, and perform other tasks.
Apart from organizing clients’ work, Teams are also useful for managing multiple locations of a business.
This way, each location can have a separate team to organize its publishing schedule efficiently.
Link in bio
The link in bio feature helps you create a link in bio page for Instagram and TikTok users.

With this, you can optimize your Instagram profile and direct your audience to important business pages.
Then, you can mirror your Instagram grid and link Instagram posts to web pages.
To achieve this, Pallyy provides themes and other design elements for creating a unique page.
Media library
The media library lets you upload images and videos from your computer to Pallyy.
Then, you can see scheduled and unscheduled media to track the images you’ve used in posts.

With the library, you can have your media files ready when scheduling posts.
And since library files show up beside the calendar, you can start your post by dragging a file to a calendar slot.
However, Pallyy doesn’t integrate with Canva, Dropbox, or Google Drive. So, you’ll have to download files from these platforms to your computer before uploading them to Pallyy.
Social media analytics
Pallyy lets you track metrics for Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
Here are the metrics available for each network:
- Instagram: Follower growth, profile impressions, top posts by engagement rates, stories impressions, and more.
- Facebook: Page views, engaged users, video views, and more.
- LinkedIn: Followers by country, visitors by country, and post impressions.

Beyond your account metrics, you can also track that of competitors to see how you compare.
Finally, compile your key metrics to create customized reports and share them with your boss.

How to manage social media on Pallyy
Schedule a social media post in Pallyy
Pallyy lets you schedule a post in 2 ways.
First, click New + at the top of your calendar.
Second, drag a media file to a time slot in the calendar.

Once in the post builder, you’ll see the selected social accounts at the top.
Then, write your caption or use AI captions to write it. Pallyy will alert you if your media is the wrong size for a platform.
In this case, you have an editor to adjust your media. While I found the editor basic, it’s useful for making quick changes to your images.
Each social channel also has its unique settings. For Instagram, you can add the first comment, location, bio link URL, and tag people.
After creating your post, you’ll see its preview on the right side of the builder.

To see the smartphone preview, click the smartphone icon at the bottom of the preview.
Then, add a label to your post to organize it for various purposes.
If you work with team members, click the comment icon at the bottom of the post composer to tag and leave comments for them.

Once you do this, Pallyy will notify them through email.
Once your post is set, schedule or save it as a draft.
Create AI post captions with Pallyy
AI captions are accessible in the left sidebar of your dashboard or the post builder.
If you access AI captions from the dashboard, you have to create a list, which helps organize your captions.
Here, I created a caption list for LinkedIn.

Inside the list, you can create a caption by clicking Create caption at the top right corner.
Then, enter your post description, length, tone and format, and the number of hashtags.

After that, click Generate.
Here’s a caption Pallyy generated for a post on LinkedIn about user-generated content (UGC) examples for businesses:

Not bad.
Pallyy has generated 2 captions from my description, and I can add the captions to my list if I like them.
To create AI captions from the post builder, click on the robot icon below the caption box.

Then, follow the same steps as before.
Once you generate a caption, add it to your post and edit it to suit your brand. You can also add your captions to a list.

The premium plan offers unlimited credits to create captions, while you only get 5 captions on the free plan.
Create a bio link page in Pallyy
To create a link in bio page, click the link icon at the left sidebar. Then click Link among the selection that shoots out.
Once you do that, you’ll see your link in bio and 3 tabs to customize it.

Pallyy shows you a smartphone preview that changes as you adjust the settings.
First, in the appearance tab, you can select a page theme and background color.
Beyond that, select button style, font, and color.
In the buttons tab, add buttons and links to relevant URLs. Pallyy also allows you to embed a YouTube video or add an image to your button.

Then the bio link address lives in the settings tab. You can also add social icons, select layouts, and refresh posts.
Pallyy provides metrics for your link in bio page, including clicks, impressions, and link clicks.
